Why Relay?
Applying for jobs is slow and repetitive. Many applicant tracking systems, including Greenhouse and Workday, rank or filter resumes by keywords, so a qualified candidate can be overlooked because of wording alone.
We built Relay to level the playing field. By using a coordinated multi-agent pipeline, we don't just "AI-generate" a resume; we engineered a system that extracts what the posting asks for and checks how closely your resume covers it.
The Tech
Relay uses a multi-model AI pipeline tuned for reasoning, throughput, and strict rule-adherence. Every resume is scored and revised up to three times against our ATS targets, and the best-scoring version is kept.
Privacy First
Your data is yours. It is stored in Supabase with access limited to your account, and we don't use your resumes or job descriptions to train models.
